Igneous Corporation seeks proposals from qualified GSA Schedule Aggregators to partner for rapid market entry into the public sector, leveraging the aggregator’s existing GSA MAS contract to sell Igneous’s IT and cybersecurity services to government clients.
- Partnership Objective: The aggregator will act as the prime contract holder enabling Igneous to sell under the aggregator’s GSA Schedule, while Igneous retains full responsibility for service delivery and customer engagement. A pass-through customer relationship model is preferred.
- Service Scope: The partnership covers a broad range of IT services including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure cloud, cybersecurity, software development, and enterprise IT support, primarily under SIN 54151S with a preference for inclusion of SIN 54151HACS and 518210C.
- Geographic Coverage: The aggregator must enable sales across federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial governments, with strong emphasis on California public sector access and Cooperative Purchasing eligibility.
- Onboarding Speed: Rapid onboarding is critical, with a target go-live date by October 31, 2025, to allow Igneous to transact in Q4 2025. The aggregator should detail a fast-track onboarding process.
- Contract and SIN Alignment: The aggregator must confirm active SIN 54151S and preferably 54151HACS on their GSA MAS contract or provide a clear, expedited path to add them.
- Billing Flexibility: While standard billing involves the aggregator invoicing the government and remitting payment to Igneous, a direct-billing arrangement by Igneous is preferred if possible. The aggregator should handle GSA reporting and fee compliance.
- Value-Added Support: The aggregator is expected to provide government market support including compliance guidance, marketing assistance, and especially support for California market penetration.
- Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated primarily on onboarding speed and public sector coverage, especially California; also on SIN coverage, customer relationship model, billing flexibility, value-added services, cost terms, and past performance.
